I like the accuracy and I no longer lose or gain 3 to 5 pounds a day like I did with my old scale. If you want consistency and you have the room for a scale like this, buy it you will not be disappointed. This scale is accurate and repeatable, it has markings in kilograms and pounds, and weighs up to 500 pounds in quarter pound increments. All this with no batteries to replace. This is one case where digital is not better. The one drawback is its size, which may or may not be an issue depending on the size of your bathroom. Also, some minor assembly is required, and mine arrived accidentally unhooked at the top, which the installation instructions didn't address.
