I have a hard time believing that they can't fix this problem. I bought my Roomba at Hammacher. I wish that everybody that is looking at this message bought their's at Hammacher. Hammacher has a life time guarantee. Everytime my battery goes dead, I send my Roomba back to Hammacher and get a new Roomba. In the past 4 or 5 years, I have send four Roomba back and had them replaced. I've actually upgraded my Roomba everytime to the last and greatest Roomba that they have. I currently own the Roomba Scheduler. And despite the problems with the battery,I love my Roomba, but do hate the battery. Charging with the AC allows for a little over 2 hours of use- whereas on the docking base- about an hour. |
